فروٹ جیلی (INGREDIENTS)

سٹرابری جیلی ایک پیکٹ
دودھ لیٹر
سیب ایک عدد
کیلے چار عدد
انگور 100گرام

METHOD

جیلی کو تھوڑے سے پانی میں ملا کر ابالیے۔ ابال آتے ہی اتارلیجئے اور ٹھنڈی ہونے پر فریج میں رکھ دیجئے تاکہ جم جائے۔ فریج دستیاب نہ ہو تو برف میں یا کسی ٹھنڈی جگہ رکھ دیجئے۔ کیلے چھیل کر گول قتلے کر لیجئے انگور کے دانے دھو کر صاف کر لیجئے اور سیب چھیل کر اس کے چھوٹے چھوٹے ٹکڑے کاٹ لیجئے۔ جیلی جب آدھی جم جائے تو اسے فریج یا ٹھنڈی جگہ سے نکال لیجئے اور خوب پھینٹئے۔دودھ کو کسی برتن میں ڈال کر اور مدھانی یا مکسر سے خوب پھینٹ کر کریم کی طرح گاڑھا کر لیجئے۔ جب کریم کی مانند ہو جائے تو اس میں سارے پھل اور جیلی ملا کر کسی بڑے پیالے میں جما لیجئے۔ مزے دار فروٹ جیلی تیار ہے۔
