Ingredients
  1. Mutton ½ kg
    Onion 3
    Tomatoes 3
    Garlic ginger paste 2 tbsp
    Oil ½ cup
    Cinnamon 1
    Cloves 2-3
    Bay leaf                1
    Turmeric powder 1tsp
    Red chili powder 2tsp
    Crushed red chilies 1 tsp
    Coriander powder 1tsp
    Tara garm masala 2tsp
    Whole black peppercorns 4-6
    Green chilies 2-3
    Green coriander  ¼ cup
    Peas 1
    Potatoes  2
    Salt 1-1/2 tsp
Method
  • Put  ½ kg Mutton, 3 Onions, 3   Tomatoes,2tbsp ginger garlic paste,1 piece of cinnamon,2-3 cloves,1 bayleaf,1tsp turmeric powder,2 tsp red chili powder,1 tsp of crushed red chili ,1 tsp coriander powder,2 tsp tara garam masala,4-6 whole black peppercorns and 1 cup of water in pan and allow to cook.
    When meat tenders and water get dries then put 1 cup of peas, 2 potatoes cubes and 1-1/2 cup of water and allow cooking on low flame.
    When gravy thickens ,dish out and serve with fresh green coriander and green chilies.
