Ingredients
  1. 5 Green peppers
  2. 4 jalapenos
  3. 2 teaspoons tamarind paste (available at all Indian stores)
  4. 2 teaspoons sugar
  5. 1/2 tsp salt
  6. 1 tsp mustard
  7. 1/2 tsp turmeric.
Method
  • 1-Grind all these ingredients with a little water.
  • 2-In a saucepan, season a little mustard in 2 tablespoons of oil.
  • 3-After it sputters, add the ground items and cook till it separates from the sides.
  • 4-Tastes great with sandwiches. also can substitute carrots for green peppers!
