Ingredients
  1. Jiggery250 gm
    Grated raw mango500 gm
    Nigella seed1/3 tsp
    Crushed roasted cumin ½ tsp
    Crushed red chili1 tsp
    Pan Jar Borage Gao zaban10 gm
    Clarified butter3 to 4 tbsp
Method
    1. In a pan add water with 250 gm jiggery to cook. When it turns thick, put it on a side. In another pan heat 3 to 4 tbsp clarified butter with ½ tsp roasted crushed cumin, 1/3 tsp nigella seed, 10 gm Pan Jar Borage Gao zaban, 1 tsp crushed red chili and ½ kg grated raw mango to cook. Then add sugar syrup to cook and dish it out.
