Ingredients
  1. 1) Chicken 1 kg
  2. 2) Cooking oil 1/2 kg
  3. 3) Red chilli powder 20 gm
  4. 4) Haladi (turmeric) 15 gm
  5. 5) Garam masala 50 gm
  6. 6) Black pepper 1 tsp
  7. 7) Salt 1 tsp
  8. 8) Tomatoes 500 gm
  9. 9) Green chilli 25 gm
  10. 10) Methi (fenugreek) 30 gm
Method
  • 1. Put the oil in the Karahi after giving it temperature.
  • 2. Put tomatoes when tomatoes become brown.
  • 3. Put all the other ingredients with chicken.
  • 4. Keep it for 15 minutes on charcoal.
