Ingredients
  1. Chicken 1 kg
    Tomatoes750 gm
    Green chilies10
    Ginger garlic paste2 tsp
    Oil1 cup
    Saltto taste
    Crushed red pepper1 tsp
    Cumin seeds roasted1 tsp
    Coriander seeds roasted1 tsp
    Lemon juice2 tsp
    Coriander leavesfor garnish
    Ginger juliennesfor garnish
Method
  • Heat 1 cup oil in a wok, add 1 kg chicken pieces and fry well till its color turn to golden brown.
    Now add 2 tsp ginger garlic paste and fry for a few more minutes.
    Add 750 gm chopped tomatoes and 2 chopped green chilies. Mix well and cook for 5 minutes.
    Cover and cook for 10 minutes.
    Now add 1 tsp crushed red pepper and salt to taste. Fry well. Then add in 8 whole green chilies. Cook for another 5 minutes.
    Lastly add 1 tsp roasted crushed cumin seed, 1 tsp roasted crushed coriander seed and 2 tbsp lemon juice. Mix well.
    Dish it out, garnish with ginger juliennes and coriander leaves.
    Serve with Naan.
