Ingredients
  1. 1kg Beef Mince
  2. 1 Eggs
  3. 2 Lemon
  4. 2 Bread slices
  5. 3 Green chilies chopped
  6. 1 Onion
  7. 3 Green chilies
  8. 1 cup Oil
  9. 1 bunch Fresh coriander chopped
  10. 1/2 kg Tomatoes
  11. 1tsp Crushed black pepper
  12. 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  13. 1/2 tbsp Crushed red chili
  14. 2 tbsp Dry milk
  15. 2 tbsp Gram flour
  16. as required Salt
Method
  • In a food processor chop together the mince meat along with the crushed green chilies and salt.
  • Mix an egg in the mince meat and shape into seekh kebabs. Deep fry the kebabs on a medium high flame until they turn crisp and brown.
  • Heat oil in a clay pot and fry the crushed onions until the turn light pink in colour . Add in the chopped tomatoes ,red chilies, black pepper, ginger garlic paste, salt and finely chopped green chilies. Fry well until the oil forms a separate layer on top .Add the fried chicken pieces , cover and simmer for 10 minutes.Garnish with chopped coriander and serve with naan
