Ingredients
  1. Beef Mince½ kg
    Chopped Mint leaves1 bunch
    Green coriander2 bunches
    Egg1
    Bread slices2
    Green chilies8
    Gramflour1 tbsp
    All spice powder 1 tbsp
    Raw papaya paste1 tbsp
    Seekh kabab masala2 tbsp
    Fresh cream2 tbsp
    Oilas required
    Salt to taste
Method
  • Take 3-4 cup fresh cream, 1 small packet milk, 1 cup yogurt and ½ cup sugar. Add in 1 tbsp gramflour in 1 tbsp clarified butter and cook it for some time. Chop together ½ kg chicken mince with bread slices  and chutney. Add in 1 tbs1 bunch mint leaves, some salt, 2 tbsp seekh kabab masaka, roasted gram flour, 1 egg, 2 tbsp fresh cream, and 1 tbsp papaya paste. Keep it for some time. Make seekh kabab and shallow fry them. Serev haryali kabab with roti.
