  • املی کو تھوڑی دیر بھگو کر اچھی طرح مسل لیں۔ بیج پھینک دیں اور گودا الگ رکھ دیں ۔ زیرے کو باریک پیس کر املی کے آمیزے میں ملا دیں ۔ حسب ضرورت نمک بھی ڈال دیں۔
