Indonesian Ladoos With Sweet Daal Moong Stuffed - Indulge yourself in the world of taste with Indonesian Ladoos With Sweet Daal Moong Stuffed! INGREDIENTS

Green bean stuffed :

250 gr, Green beans (moong daal) without skin, soak in cold water 4 hours.

1/2 tsp, Salt

100 gr, Granulated sugar

¼ tsp, Vanilla essence

Dough :

500 gr, Glutinous rice flour

75 gr, Rice flour (atta chawal)

250 gr, Granulated sugar

1/2 tsp, Vanilla essence

1 tsp, Salt

150 ml, Warm water

200 gr, Sesame seeds (white)

Vegetable oil for frying.

METHOD

Green bean stuffed:
Wash green bean after soaked for 4 hours, boil over low heat until tender and water absorbed.
Add sugar and vanilla essence, stir well. Add water gradually, stirring until tender and dry.
Turn down the heat, set aside.

Dough:
In a bowl, mix glutinous rice, rice flour, salt and vanilla essence, mixed well.
Heat the water but not to boiling, pour a little water into the flour mixture.
Knead into dough, pinch off small portion of dough, roll to a ball shape and flatten the dough.
Take 1 teaspoon green bean stuffed and place on the flattened dough wrap the green bean with the dough, rolls gently to form a perfect ball shape.
Dip into cold water for a second, roll in into sesame seeds, wrapped the balls a bit pressed so the seed will stick around the balls nicely.

Heat vegetable oil when it’s hot reduced the heat.
Fry the balls until float and yellowish. Remove and drain.

Indonesian ladoos with sweet moong daal stuffed ready to serve at anytime.
