Ingredients
  1. Flour 2 cups heaped
    Wheat flour ½ cup
    Safe instant yeast 1 ½ tsp
    Sugar 1 tsp
    Salt ½ tsp
    Oil ¼ cup
    Egg 1
    Warm water as required
    Ingredients for filling
    Chicken 2 breasts thinly sliced
    Ginger garlic paste ½ tsp
    Crushed red pepper ½ tsp
    Salt½ tsp
    Allspice ½ tsp
    Crushed roasted cumin ½ tsp
    Lemon juice 2 tbsp
    Pinch of orange color
    Oil 1 tbsp
    Capsicum 1 thinly sliced
    Onion 1 small thinly sliced
    Mozzarella cheese grated 1 cup
    Cheddar cheese grated 1 cup
    Parmesan cheese 2 tbsp
    Oregano leaves 1 tbsp
    Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
    Pizza sauce ½ cup
Method
  • Put Flour 2 cups heaped, Wheat flour ½ cup, Saf instant yeast 1 ½ tsp, Sugar 1 tsp, Salt ½ tsp, Oil ¼ cup, Egg 1, and knead with Luke warm water to form into a soft dough, bang dough, leave to rise for 1 hour till double. Punch down, grease 12 inch pizza plate roll dough to ¼ inch thick, spread in a greased pizza plate, brush with pizza sauce, sprinkled 2 tbsp cheddar cheese, cover with filling and toppings, again leave to rise 30 minutes covered. Bake on 200 degree C for 30 minutes.
    Method for filling
    Marinate chicken with ginger garlic paste, crushed red pepper, salt, allspice, crushed cumin, lemon juice, pinch of orange color, pan fry chicken for 10 minutes in 1 tbsp oil.
