Mix well ginger, garlic, red chili powder, chaat spice, cumin and all spice powder in prawns. Then add tamarind juice and rice flour mix well and stir fry in hot oil.
Then add tomatoes and salt and simmer on high flame for 5 minutes while stirring at intervals.
Finally sprinkle lemon juice, fresh coriander leaves and green chili.
Mix and turn off the flame. Now serve the hot steamed rice.
