Ingredients
  1. • Prawns ½ kg (medium-size)
  2. • Tomatoes 3 - 4 finely chopped
  3. • Ginger paste 1 tbsp
  4. • Garlic 1/2 tbsp
  5. • Red chili powder 1 tsp or to taste
  6. • Chaat spice 1 tsp
  7. • White cumin 1 tsp (roasted)
  8. • All spice powder 1 tsp
  9. • Tamarind juice ½ cup
  10. • Rice flour 2 tbsp
  11. • Oil 2 tbsp
  12. • Salt to taste
  13. • Green chili 4 – 5 finely chopped
  14. • Fresh coriander leaves 4 tbsp finely chopped
  15. • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Method
  • Mix well ginger, garlic, red chili powder, chaat spice, cumin and all spice powder in prawns. Then add tamarind juice and rice flour mix well and stir fry in hot oil.
  • Then add tomatoes and salt and simmer on high flame for 5 minutes while stirring at intervals.
  • Finally sprinkle lemon juice, fresh coriander leaves and green chili.
  • Mix and turn off the flame. Now serve the hot steamed rice.
