Ingredients
  1. Mutton ½ kg
    All spice powder½ tsp
    Chili powder1 tsp
    Oil¼ cup
    Onion chopped2
    Bay leaves2
    Turmeric½ tsp
    Coriander powder1 tbsp
    Water1 – 1 ½ cup
    Ginger garlic paste1 tbsp
    Saltto taste
    Tomatoes chopped2
    Green cardamoms4 – 5
    Coriander leaves¼ bunch
Method
  • Heat ¼ cup oil in a wok, add in 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, ½ kg mutton and 2 chopped onion. Cook on low flame till onion is dissolved.
    Then add 1 tsp chili powder, ½ tsp all spice powder, 2 bay leaves, ½ tsp turmeric, 1 tbsp coriander powder, salt to taste, 2 chopped tomatoes and 4 – 5 green cardamoms. Cook for 3 – 4 minutes.
    Add a little water and cook for 25 – 30 minutes. Now remove lid, add in coriander leaves.
    Fry well on high flame till oil comes on top. Then dish it out and serve hot with Naan.
