Ingredients
  1. Chicken mince½ kg
    Meat tenderizera little
    Chili powder2 tbsp
    Pomegranate seeds2 tbsp
    Green chilies8 – 10
    Coriander leaves¼ bunch
    Onion4
    Ginger1 inch piece
    Lemon1
    Saltto taste
    All spice powder1 tbsp
    Oilfor fry
Method
  • In a bowl mix together ½ kg chicken mince, a little meat tenderzer, 2 tbsp chili powder, 2 tbsp pomegranate seeds, 8 – 10 chopped green chilies, ¼ bunch of coriander leaves, 4 chopped onion, a piece of minced ginger, 1 tbsp all spice powder, salt to taste and juice of 1 lemon.
    Now make small kababs and shallow fry till golden brown.
    Remove in a serving platter and serve.
