Ingredients
  1. Liver ½ kg cut into small cubes
  2. Chili powder 2 tsp
  3. Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  4. Tomato 1 chopped
  5. Salt 1 tsp
  6. Roasted white cumin crushed 1 tsp heaped
  7. Yogurt 2 tbsp
  8. Allspice 1 tsp
  9. Kasori methi 1 tbsp
  10. Green chilies whole small ones 8
  11. Ginger Julian 1 tbsp
  12. Oil ½ cup
Method
  • Put ½ cup water in a karhai with ginger garlic paste, tomatoes, salt and chili powder.
  • Fry well for 10 minutes add liver and oil, coriander leaves chopped, green chilies whole, roasted cumin, coriander roasted, allspice, ginger slices and kasori methi, leave it on dum for 5 minutes and remove.
