قیمہ اور باجرہ کرو کٹلس (INGREDIENTS)

قیمہ ۔۔ ایک پاؤ
باجرے کا آٹا ۔۔ ایک کپ
ہری مرچیں ۔۔ چھ سے آٹھ عدد ایک
کھانے کا چمچہ باریک پیس لیں
دھنیا ۔۔ دو کھانے کے چمچ
زیرہ ۔۔ ایک چائے کا چمچ
لہسن ادرک ۔۔ ڈیڑھ کھانے کے چمچ
نمک ۔۔ حسب ضرورت
ہری پیاز ۔۔ چار باریک کٹی ہوئی
ہلدی ۔۔ آدھا چائے کا چمچ
تیل ۔۔ دو کھانے کے چمچ
دہی ۔۔ دو کھانے چمچ
گرم مصالحہ ۔۔ آدھا چائے کا چمچ

METHOD

قیمے میں باجرے اور ہری پیاز کو چھوڑ کر تمام مصالحے ڈال کر ایک باریک چوپ کرلیں۔ پھر اس میں باجرے کا آٹا شامل کر کے گوندلیں۔ آخر میں ہری پیاز شامل کر کے چھوٹے چھوٹے کباب بنا کر ڈیپ فرائی کرلیں۔ لیجئے جناب مزیدار قیمہ اور باجرہ کرو کٹلس تیار ہیں ۔ ان کو چٹنی، کیچپ کے ساتھ نوش فرمائیں۔
