Ingredients
  1. Chicken mince250 gm
    Egg1
    Gram lentils boiled50 gm
    Green chilies2 – 3
    Bananas4 – 5
    All spice powder1 tsp
    Saltto taste
    Turmeric½ tsp
    Cumin powder½ tsp
    Coriander leaves¼ bunch
    Oilfor fry
Method
  • In chopper put together 250 gm chicken mince, 50 gm boiled gram lentils and 2 – 3 green chilies. Chopperize finely and remove mixture in a bowl.
    Add in salt to taste, 1 tsp all spice powder, ½ tsp cumin powder, ¼ bunch of chopped coriander leaves, 2 bananas and 1 egg. Mix very well.
    Now fill the banana skins with the mince mixture, roll string on the banana skins to seal.
