Ingredients
  1. Chicken                ½ kg
    Yogurt250 gm
    Onion1
    Raw mango2
    Chopped ginger garlic2 tbsp
    Green chilies5 to 6
    Pan Jar Borage Gao zaban10 gm
    Crushed red chili1 tsp
    Crushed cumin½ tsp
    Crushed black pepper½ tsp
    All spice powder½ tsp
    Turmeric powder½ tsp
    Oil½ cup
    Saltto taste
Method
    1. In a pan heat ½ cup oil and add 1 onion with 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste to fry. Then add ½ kg chicken to suate. Then add 250 gm whisked yogurt. Then add 10 gm Pan Jar Borage Gao zaban, 1 tsp crushed red chili, ½ tsp crushed black pepper, ½ tsp crushed cumin, ½ tsp all spice powder, ½ tsp turmeric powder and salt to taste to cook. In the end add 2 fine sliced raw mangoes with 5 to 6 green chilies to mix and well. When chicken tender dish it out and serve.
