Ingredients
  1. • Chicken large pieces with skin & bone 1kg
  2. • Ajinomoto 1 1/2 tsp
  3. • Meat tenderizer powder 1tsp
  4. • Worcestershire sacue 1tsp
  5. • Black pepper 1tsp
  6. • Chilli sauce 2tbsp
  7. • Cornflour 2tbsp
  8. • Salt 1/4tsp
  9. MARINATE OVER NIGHT
  10. BATTER:
  11. • Paprika 1tsp
  12. • White pepper 1tsp
  13. • Chilli sauce 1tbsp
  14. • Flour 6-8tsp
  15. • Cornflour 2tbsp
  16. • Baking powder 1tsp
  17. • Salt to taste
  18. • Ajinomoto 1tsp
  19. • Chilled Water as required
  20. • (Mix all and add water make thick batter)
  21. COATING:
  22. • Corn flakes 1cup
  23. • Chips 1cup
  24. • Bread crumbs 1cup
  25. • Mix all (not in powdered form)
  26. • Oil for frying
Method
  • Steam marinated chicken for 10 mints.
  • Dip in batter then coat well in coating now deep fry when half done put out from oil and keep on paper.
  • For thick coating again dip in batter and coat in prepared coating now fry again. Sauce: Ketchup+Chili sauce+little red chilli+Salt Sreve hot with this sauce and coleslaw.
