کھجور پاک (INGREDIENTS)

کھجور ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ 2/1 کلو
کھویا ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ 2/1 کلو چینی 100 گرام
دودھ ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ 1 کپ
بادام پستے ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ گارنش کے لیے

METHOD

سب سے پپہلے 2/1 کلو کھجور کی گٹھلیاں نکال لیں۔ کڑاہی میں1 کپ دودھ ااور کھجور کو پکائیں، جب تک کہ کھجور پگھل نہ جائیں۔ اب اس میں 100 گرام چینی ڈال کر اتنا پکائیں کہ گاڑھا ہوجائے۔ کھویا کو کدو کش کرلیں اور کڑاہی میں ڈالیں اور ہلکی آنچ پر پکنے دیں۔ اب ڈش کو اچھی طرح گھی سے گریس کرلیں اور آمیزے کو ڈش میں پھیلا کر بادام اور پستے سے گارنش کرلیں اور جمنے دیں۔ جب اچھی طرح جم جائے تو اسکوائر میں کاٹ لیں۔
