Ingredients
  1. 4 Radish
  2. 4 Green chilies chopped
  3. 4 Fenugreek seeds
  4. half Bread slice
  5. 1 bunch Mint leaves chopped
  6. 1/2 cup Oil
  7. 1 tsp Turmeric
  8. 1 tbsp Crushed red pepper
  9. 1 tbsp Mustard seeds ground
  10. 2 tbsp Tamarind pulp
  11. to taste Salt
Method
  • Mix together 4 grated radish, 1 tbsp crushed red pepper, 1 tsp turmeric, 1 tbsp ground mustard seeds, 2 tbsp tamarind pulp, 4 chopped green chilies and salt to taste.
  • Heat ½ cup oil in pan, add in 4 mustard seeds and fry. Now add radish mixture and fry well.
  • Add half crushed bread slice and slightly fry. Also add in 1 bunch of chopped mint leaves.
