Mix together 4 grated radish, 1 tbsp crushed red pepper, 1 tsp turmeric, 1 tbsp ground mustard seeds, 2 tbsp tamarind pulp, 4 chopped green chilies and salt to taste.
Heat ½ cup oil in pan, add in 4 mustard seeds and fry. Now add radish mixture and fry well.
Add half crushed bread slice and slightly fry. Also add in 1 bunch of chopped mint leaves.
