کھوئے کی سویاں (INGREDIENTS)
  1. کھویا ڈیڑھ پاؤ
  2. سویاں ایک کلو
  3. بالائی آدھ کلو
  4. دودھ آدھ لیٹر
  5. چینی ایک کلو
  6. گھی ایک پاؤ
  7. کیوڑا ایک بڑا چمچ
  8. بادام ایک چھٹانک
  9. کشمش آدھی چھٹانک
  10. پستہ آدھی چھٹانک
  11. لونگ دو تین عدد
  12. پسی زعفران آدھی چٹکی
  13. سبز الائچی چند عدد
METHOD
  • پتیلی میں گھی کو گرم کریں اور اس میں لونگ اور سبز الائچیاں ڈال کر بھون لیں۔ سویوں کو بھی بادامی رنگت آنے تک بھونیں۔ ان پر دودھ ڈالیں اور مدہم آنچ پر پکنے دیں۔ سویاں پک جائیں تو بالائی اور کھوئے کوملا کر پھینٹیں۔
