Landi Kotal Karhai Keema recipe by Shireen Anwar. This delightful Latest recipe of Landi Kotal Karhai Keema can be ready in approximately 30 Minutes and good to serve around 2-4 People. Follow all the steps recommended by Chef to get a perfect dish. Hide

INGREDIENTS

Mince ½ kg (kuta hua)
Onion 1 large sliced
Ginger garlic 1 tbsp heaped
Tomatoes 4 chopped
White cumin roasted and crushed 1 tbsp
Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
Allspice 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp heaped
Crushed red chili 2 tsp
Green chilies chopped 4
Ginger julians 1 tbsp
Oil ½ cup

METHOD

Heat oil fry onion light golden add mince with ginger garlic paste, salt and chopped tomatoes, cover pan and cook till mince half done and tomatoes till tender, add in crushed red peppe, cumin, allspice and ¼ cup water, cover and cook till mince tender, lastly add chopped green chilies, coriander leaves, ginger slices, leave it on dum.
