1. Marinate in a bowl shelled, deveined and thoroughly cleaned shrimps along with butter, garlic paste, coriander leaves, lime juice, mustard paste and crushed peppercorns.
2. Heat a kadai and add the marinated shrimps.
3. Mix thoroughly adding salt.
4. Cook on slow fire for 10 to 15 minutes till the shrimps are done.
5. Garnish with coriander leaves.
