لوبیا کے پکوڑے (INGREDIENTS)

سفید لوبیا ---- آدھا پا ؤ
چھے عدد باریک کٹی ہوئی پیاز
پانچ ہری مرچ باریک کٹی ہوئی
ادرک لہسن پیسٹ----- ایک کھانے کا چمچ
نمک مرچ---- حسب ذ ائقہ
ہرا دھنیا ---- بایک کٹا ہوا دو چمچ
اجوائن ----- ایک چٹکی
لیمن جوس ---- ایک چمچ
آئل ---- فرائی کرنے کے لئے

METHOD

لوبیا دس گھنٹوں کے لئے بگھو دیں۔ پھر پیس لیں اور تھو ڑا پانی شامل کر لیں۔ تاکہ ایک فائن پیسٹ بن جائے ۔ پھر سارے مسالے ڈال کر مکس کریں۔ آدھا گھنٹہ پڑا رہنے دیں۔ اب ہلکی آنچ پر پکوڑے فرائی کر لیں۔ املی کی چٹنی کے ساتھ پیش کریں۔
