Ingredients
  1. Chicken boneless        ½ kg
    Green chilies chopped        8
    Fresh cream          1 packet
    Cottage cheese (grated)     2 packets
    Oil         ½ cup
    Black pepper crushed     1 tsp
    Roasted white cumin powder    1 tsp
    Ginger garlic paste         1 tbsp
    Salt           to taste
Method
  • In ½ kg chicken add salt to taste and 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste to mix. In a wok heat 2 tbsp oil and add 2 packets of grated cottage cheese to cook.
    Then add 1 packet fresh cream to mix. T
    hen add fried chicken, 8 chopped green chilies, 1 tsp black pepper crushed and 1 tsp roasted white cumin powder to cook and serve hot with bun and butter.
