1. Dice the 2 chicken breasts and marinate with salt, egg, 2tbsp and corn flour. Heat oil in a wok and deep fry the chicken until golden brown in color. In a separate pan heat 2tbsp of oil and add1 tbsp ginger garlic paste .Fry the paste till it turns golden brown in color. Now add 2tbsp honey, as soon a s the mixture starts to boil, add 11 cup orange juice,2tbsp lemon juice,2tbsp soya sauce,2tbsp Worcestershire sauce,2tbsp tomato ketchup and ½ cup water .Cook for another 1-2 minutes.
2. Add the finely chopped spring onions and 1tbsp finely chopped coriander. In a s separate cup mix the corn flour with a little water and pour into the prepared sauce, stirring continuously. Cook until the mixture thickens. Now mix in the chicken and serve.
