Wash and top and tail okra. Add the turmeric powder and meat to the okra; mix and set aside. Slice onions and finely mince the chillis. Fry the onions in a little oil until slightly brown. Add chillis, salt and meat mixture. Fry until golden brown. Lower the heat and cook until the meat is tender. Roast the cumin seeds, crush and sprinkle over the meat before serving.
