Ingredients
  1. Chicken breast with skin ½ kg
    Butter 2 tbsp
    Mustard paste 3 tbsp
    Lemon juice 1 tbsp
    Brown sugar 1 tsp
    Chili powder 1 tsp
    Poppy seeds 1 tbsp
    Pasta boiled ¼ packet
    Oil 2 tbsp
    Salt to taste
    Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
Method
  • Cut each chicken breast into two. Marinate with 2 tbsp butter, 3 tbsp mustard paste, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tsp brown sugar, 1 tsp chili powder, salt to taste and 1 tsp crushed black pepper.
    Now put chicken pieces in an oven proof dish, bake in a preheated oven on 190 degrees for 15 – 20 minutes.
    Now sprinkle with 1 tbsp poppy seeds and again bake for 4 – 5 minutes.
    Separately boil ¼ packet pasta and keep aside.
    Remove chicken and keep the left over stock aside.
    In a wok put together boiled pasta and leftover stock, mix with a little salt.
    Remove pasta in a serving platter, top with baked chicken pieces and serve hot.
