Ingredients
  1. Garlic paste 1 tbsp
    Mutton chops ½ kg
    Oil 3 tbsp
    Lemon juice 1 tbsp
    Water 1 cup
    Green chilies chopped 3 – 4
    Boiled tomatoes  4
    Onion chopped 1
    Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
    Parsley ¼ bunch
    Mint leaves  2 tbsp
    Salt to taste
    Black pepper powder ¼ tsp
    Worchester shire sauce 2 tbsp
    Tobacco sauce 1 tbsp
Method
  • Marinade the chops with salt, black pepper, garlic paste, lemon juice and shallow fry in hot oil.
    As the colour starts to change, add in boiled tomatoes, chopped mint, green chilies, chopped onion, and parsley and cook for 2 minutes. Then, add in some water and let it simmer until it’s cooked.
    Take the lid off after 20-25 minutes and add crushed red chilies, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce and cook on high flame.
    Reduce the gravy down, take it out on a serving platter and serve.
