Mutton Madrasi Curry – Tasty and healthy Mutton Madrasi Curry recipe is available online. Note down the ingredients and method to prepare to make it at home. You can serve it as a full course meal at lunch or dinner for family or friends. Hide

INGREDIENTS

Mutton (cut into small pieces) 800 gms

Large onion (sliced) 1

Oil 2 tsps

Cloves garlic (sliced) 2

Green chillies (chopped) 4

Coriander seeds 1 tsp

Turmeric powder 3/4 tsp

Cloves 3

Ginger 1"" piece

Red chillies and the seeds of 2 cardamoms 2

Salt to taste

METHOD

1. Fry the sliced onion in 2 tbsp.
2. oil and add cloves, sliced garlic; chopped green chillies,
3. coriander seeds, turmeric powder, crushed cloves, ginger and red chillies.
4. Add the cardamoms. After 5 minutes, add the mutton pieces and enough water.
5. Let it simmer adding salt and tamarind pulp, till it gets cooked.
