1. Fry the sliced onion in 2 tbsp.
2. oil and add cloves, sliced garlic; chopped green chillies,
3. coriander seeds, turmeric powder, crushed cloves, ginger and red chillies.
4. Add the cardamoms. After 5 minutes, add the mutton pieces and enough water.
5. Let it simmer adding salt and tamarind pulp, till it gets cooked.
