Ingredients
  1. Mutton (cut into small pieces) 800 gms
  2. Large onion (sliced) 1
  3. Oil 2 tsps
  4. Cloves garlic (sliced) 2
  5. Green chillies (chopped) 4
  6. Coriander seeds 1 tsp
  7. Turmeric powder 3/4 tsp
  8. Cloves 3
  9. Ginger 1"" piece
  10. Red chillies and the seeds of 2 cardamoms 2
  11. Salt to taste
Method
  • 1. Fry the sliced onion in 2 tbsp.
  • 2. oil and add cloves, sliced garlic; chopped green chillies,
  • 3. coriander seeds, turmeric powder, crushed cloves, ginger and red chillies.
  • 4. Add the cardamoms. After 5 minutes, add the mutton pieces and enough water.
  • 5. Let it simmer adding salt and tamarind pulp, till it gets cooked.
