In a pan heat ¼ cup oil, add 2 chopped onion and fry till golden brown, remove brown onion and crush coarsely. Keep it aside.
In the remaining oil add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste and ½ kg mutton. Fry for a few minutes.
Now add 1 tsp chili powder, ½ tsp turmeric, 1 tsp coriander powder and 1 tsp cumin powder. Fry for 1 – 2 minutes.
Then add cinnamon stick, salt to taste, 250 gm yogurt and 2 – 3 green chilies. Also add 2 cup water, cover and cook for 25 – 30 minutes till mutton is tender.
Lastly add ½ tsp all spice powder and crushed brown onion. Now fry well on high flame till most of the waiter dries.
Dish it out and serve hot.
