Mix together 1 cup flour, ½ tsp baking powder, a pinch of salt, ½ cup castor sugar, 1 tbsp ghee and 4 ground green cardamom. Knead to dough and keep aside for 30 minutes.Now make into round balls and flatten with palms.
Top with chopped almond and pistachio, brush with beaten egg.Now put in a baking tray and bake in a pre heated oven of 180 degrees for 15 – 20 minutes.
