Ingredients
  1. Vermicelli 1 packet
    Beef mince ½ kg
    Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
    Peas 1 cup
    Potatoes 2
    Green chilies 5-6
    Red chili powder 2 tbsp
    Turmeric powder ½ tsp
    Cumin powder  1 tsp
    All spice powder 1 tsp
    Mustard seeds ½ tsp
    Curry leaves as required
    Oil 3-4 tbsp
    Salt to taste
Method
  • Take one packet vermicelli and roast it in the pan. Take a separate pan and add 3-4 tbsp oil, heat it and add 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste. Cook it and add ½ kg mince in it. Now add in 1 cup peas, 2 potatoes, 5-6 green chilies, 2 tbsp red chili powder, ½ tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp cumin seed powder, 1 tsp all spice powder, ½ tsp mustard seeds, curry leaves and salt. Mix everything together. Add in roasted vermicelli and some water. Dish it out and put bigar of curry leaves and serve.
