Ingredients
  1. small can of green beans
  2. small can of corn
  3. 1 deli-roasted chicken
  4. 1/4 cup butter
  5. 1/4 cup flour
  6. 3 chicken bouillon cubes (crushed)
  7. 1 tsp onion powder
  8. 1 tsp garlic powder
  9. Pepper to taste
  10. 3 cups milk
  11. 3 oz cream cheese
  12. 1 can crescent roll topper
Method
  • 1.Remove all meat from chicken- discard all skin
  • 2.Cut up meat into bite size pieces and set aside
  • 3.Melt butter over med-high heat
  • 4.Add flour and cook for about 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly
  • 5.Using a wire whisk, slowly add milk
  • 6.Cook and stir with whisk until smooth
  • 7.Lower to medium heat when sauce thickens
  • 8.Add cream cheese, bouillon, and seasoning.
  • 9.Stir and cook until desired consistency
  • 10.Add chicken and veggies (drain green beans, but not corn)
  • 11.Pour mixture into 9×13 pan
  • 12.Place crescent roll over mixture
  • 13.Bake at 350° for about 20 minutes
