Ingredients
  1. 1/2 Kg Chicken boneless (cut into2 inch cubes)
    1 beaten Egg
    10 Green chilies ground
    1 tsp heaped Salt
    1 tsp leveled All spice
    1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
    2 tbsp Corn flour
    2 tbsp Oil
    4 tbsp Cream
    4 tbsp Cheddar cheese
Method
  • Marinate 1/2 kg chicken cubes with 4 tbsp Cream, 4 tbsp
    Cheddar cheese, 1 beaten Egg , 2 tbsp Oil, 10 ground Green chilies, 1 tbsp
    Ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp Salt, 1 tsp All spice and 2 tbsp Corn flour, thread
    chicken pieces into skewers, bake on 180 Degree c for 30 minutes, serve hot.
