Ingredients

Mutton chops ½ kg
Oil 2 tbsp
Butter 2 tbsp
Onion chopped 1
Apple chopped 1
Button mushroom ½ cup
Oregano ½ tsp
Crushed black pepper ½ tsp
Sesame seeds 1 tbsp
Parmesan cheese 25 gm
Salt to taste
Parsley chopped ¼ bunch
Ginger chopped 1 medium piece

Method

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok, add 2 tbsp butter and cook till it is melted.
Then add in chopped ginger, oregano and ½ kg mutton chops. Fry till golden brown.
Now add 1 chopped onion, 1 chopped apple, ½ cup button mushroom, salt to taste, crushed black pepper, ½ cup water and 1 tbsp sesame seeds. Cover and cook for 25 – 30 minutes.
Then remove lid, add 25 gm parmesan cheese and ¼ bunch of chopped parsley. Mix well and dish it out.
Serve hot.
