First in ½ kg gram flour add in 1 tbsp red chili powder, turmeric 1tsp tartary, 1 tbsp cumin powder and some salt. Mix it well and make a batter. Fry the batter. Now take ½ cup yellow lentil with water and some turmeric. Mix it and keep it for ½ hour. Take it out and dry it and fry it. Now add in some food color n ½ cup gram lentil and some turmeric. Hard boil it. Heat the oil in the pan and sauté curry leaves in it. Add in ½ cup peanuts and fry it. In the end, take a platter and dish out nimko, gram lentil, yellow lentil. Khewra and peanuts. Serve it with curry leaves and chaat masala.
