Cut ½ kg chicken, 2 tomatoes, 1 capsicum and 1 onion into small cubes.
Heat 3 – 4 tbsp oil in a wok, add 1 tbsp garlic paste along with chicken, fry well till golden brown.
Then add ½ tsp chili powder and all the chopped vegetables. Fry well for 1 – 2 minutes.
Add tomato paste, tomato ketchup, soya sauce, Worchester sauce, vinegar, sugar, Chinese salt and salt to taste. Mix well.
Cook till sauce thickens, remove in a serving dish and serve with fried rice.
