METHOD

1/2 کلو کھوئے کو 2/1 پاؤ چینی کے ساتھ اچھی طرح مکس کر کے کڑاہی میں ڈال کر ہلکی آنچ پر پکائیں۔ جب گاڑھا ہوجائے تو اس میں 1 چٹکی الائچی پاؤدر شامل کردیں۔ پھر کھوئے کو دو جگہ تقسیم کر کے ایک میں ہرا کلر مکس کر کے پان کے شیب کے سانچے کی مدد سے پیڑے بنالیں۔ بادام پستہ سے گارنش کر کے سرد کریں.
