• Cook pasta shell in boiling water in a large sauce pans following packets direction, Drain set aside keep warm.
• To make sauce, heat oil in a large frying pan and cook onion and garlic over a medium heat for 10 minutes or until onion are soft. Stir in wine and anchovies and bring to the boil. Boil for 2 minutes or until wine reduce by half
• Stir in rosemary and stock and bring back to the boil. Boil until a sauce reduces and thickens slightly. Ad chilli and pasta to sauce, toss to combine, spinkle with parmesan cheese and serve
