Dice the paneer and fry in a little oil till golden brown. Drain the paneer and set aside. Mince the onion, chop tomatoes, finely chop chilli and ginger. Fry the onion until soft. Add the chilli and ginger and cook for 1 —2 minutes. Add the shelled peas and remaining ingredients. Simmer until the peas are tender. Stir in the paneer. Sprinkle with coriander leaves and serve hot.
