Heat 1 tbsp butter and oil and add 2 cloves garlic and sauté,
Add in 2 cups white sauce, ½ cup cream,
4-6 sliced mushrooms, 3-4 tbsp dill, ½ tsp salt and½ tsp white pepper, ½ tsp
crushed red chilies, ½ tsp oregano, ¼ tsp nutmeg and 3 tbsp cheese.
Mix well and fold in the penne.
