Ingredients
  1. Potatoes boiled ½ kg
    Egg beaten 1
    Mince ½ kg
    All spice powder 1 tsp
    Yogurt ½ cup
    Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
    Black salt 1 tsp
    Chili powder 1 tsp
    Coriander leaves ½ bunch
    Onion chopped 1
    Cumin seeds 2 tsp
    Oil 2 tbsp
    Water 1 cup
    Cheddar cheese ½ cup
Method
  • In a pan put together ½ kg mince, 1 cup water, 2 tsp cumin seeds, 1 tsp black salt, 2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp all spice powder, ½ cup yogurt, 1 tsp chili powder and 1 chopped onion.
    Cook on low flame till water dries and mince is tender.
    Finely mash ½ kg boiled potatoes, put in butter paper and roll using a rolling pin.
    Now spread with chicken filling and roll.
    Brush top with 1 beaten egg. Spread ½ cup grated cheddar cheese.
    Lastly bake in a preheated oven on 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
