1. Mix together ½ cup flour, ½ cup oats, 1 tsp coffee, 1 cup brown sugar, ½ tsp cinnamon powder and a pinch of salt.Add 100 gm butter and mash well to make crumble.Now add ½ cup walnut and bake for 20 minutes.
2. In pan put together 1 packet cream, ½ cup brown sugar, 6 egg yolks and a pinch of nutmeg. Cook well and then remove from fire. Cool completely and beat well.Fold in beaten cream, now in glasses pour pudding mixture, top with raisins and crunch.
