Ingredients
  1. 1 Ojri (mutton)
  2. 3 Onion chopped
  3. 2 inches Ginger crushed piece
  4. 1 Garlic crushed
  5. 3 Tomatoes chopped
  6. 1 cup Oil
  7. Fresh Coriander leaves for garnish
  8. 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  9. 1/2 teaspoon Red Chilli cutter
  10. 1 teaspoon Haldi powder
  11. 2 teaspoons Coriander powder
  12. 1 teaspoon Garam Masala powder
Method
  • 1) Throughly clean and wash Ojri with water and detergent then cut into pieces.
  • 2) Take all ingredients in a pan except fresh coriander leaves and Garam Masala, add 4 glass of water and cook on medium flame for 2-3 hours till Ojri is tender. Evaporate water on high flame then lower the flame and cook till oil is separates out. Sprinkle Fresh Coriander leaves and Garam Masala and simmer for 5 minutes.
  • 3) Delicious Ojri Curry is ready.
  • 4) Serve with Tandoori Roti/Naan.

What is the quantity of ojri is suitable of I use the same quantity of all the ingredients which is mention in this recipe of mutton ojri, Is it enough to make one Kg ojri? I eat many times from the market.

I never eat the mutton ojri any time because in the market only the beef ojri is available but I hope the ingredients in both mutton and beef will same that is why I am just noting the way of making.
