تازہ دودہ ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ 3 کلو
چینی ۔۔۔۔۔۔ 100 گرام
پسی جایفل، جاوتری، الائچی ۔۔۔ 1 چٹکی
چاندی کا ورق ۔۔۔۔ گارنش کے لیے

METHOD

3 کلو تازہ دودہ ابال کر جلیبی والی کڑاہی میں درمیانی آنچ پکائیں دودہ پر بالائی آے تو اسے چاروں طرف کناروں پر کر تے رہیں۔ جب کڑاہی کے درمیان تھوٹا سا دودہ رہ جائے تو اس میں 100 گرام چینی 1 چٹکی پسی جایفل، جاوتری، الائچی ڈال کر حل کریں اور اسے چاروں طرف بالائی پر ڈالتے رہیں۔ مزے کی ربڑی تیار ہے۔ چاندی کا ورق سے گارنش کر کے سرو کریں۔
