Boil 1 liter milk with ½ tsp cardamom powder and ½ cup sugar.
Beat 1 egg white till fluffy, add ½ tsp baking powder and 1 cup powdered milk. Mix well.
Now make small balls with this mixture. Add the balls in boiling milk and cook till rise.
Dissolve 1 tbsp corn flour in a little milk and add to the boiling milk. Cook for 2 – 3 minutes.
Lastly add 1 tsp kewra and 50 gm chopped almond and pistachios, turn the flame off and serve chilled.
