Rasmalai recipe is a sweet, traditional dessert that is popular in Pakistan. It is made with dry milk, egg, baking powder, green cardamom, pistachio/ almonds, milk, and sugar. Rasmalai balls are prepared and immersed in creamy milk flavored with cardamom powder. This delicious dessert Rasmalai recipe tastes best when served chilled. It’s served with thickened milk along. Garnishing of almonds and pistachios, makes Rasmalai recipe look divine. This delightful latest recipe of Rasmalai can be ready in approximately 30 Minutes and good to serve around 2-4 People. INGREDIENTS

Drymilk1 cup
Egg1
Bakingpowder1 tsp
Oil1 tbsp
Green cardamom½ tsp
Pistachios/almondschopped1 tbsp
Milk1 liter
Sugar¾ cup

METHOD

Mix dry milk, egg, baking powder, oil and small cardamom powder. Knead well like roghnirotis dough.
Now shape them into balls.
Heat the milk with sugar and small cardamom powder till it gets a boil.
When it gets a boil and sugar dissolves add the shaped balls and give another boil in it around 5 minutes.
Lower the flame before it gets over boiled.
The size of rasmalai balls will get double.
Pour it in a dish, garnish with almonds, pistachios and serve.
