Cook ravioi in boiling water in water in a large saucepan following packet direction. Drain. Set aside and keep warm
To make sauce, heat oil in a frying pan and cooking onion and garlic over a medium heat for 4 minutes or until onion is soft. Stir in toatoes, tomato paste, wine and sugar. Bring to the boil, then add tuna, parsley and dill. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes or until sauce reduces and thickens
Place ravioli on warmed serving platter, spoon sauce oven, spinkle with parmesan cheese and serve.
